**Visa sponsorship — certified DOL OFLC LCA disclosure data.** Chime, Anthropic, Pinterest, Brex, Gusto, Amplitude. Published quarterly at [DOL OFLC Performance Data](https://www.dol.gov/agencies/eta/foreign-labor/performance). "No filings found" means we checked and none appeared — not that a company won't sponsor.

**Open roles and skill shares** — public Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby job boards, read through each company's own careers page. Skills are inferred from job titles only; job descriptions are parsed and discarded, never stored.
