What this site publishes

Two things about each company, both observations rather than predictions:

• Open roles — how many positions the company's own public job board listed in this metro when the page was built. Every count links to that board.
• Sponsored a work visa — shown only where US Department of Labor certified LCA filings record that the employer has sponsored. A dash means we are not publishing a finding, never that a company does not sponsor.

Everything else on the page is a cohort total. No individual company is given a score, a ranking, or a prediction here.

If something is wrong

Most likely causes, in order:

• The count is stale. Pages are rebuilt weekly; the date is at the top of each one. Your board may have changed since.
• A role was counted in the wrong metro. Regions are matched on the location text in the posting, and "Bay Area" or "Remote — US" are genuinely ambiguous.
• Two companies with similar names were merged. Rare, but possible.

Say which and it will be corrected in the next build, or removed immediately if you would rather not appear at all.

Where the data comes from

Public job board APIs (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby), SEC EDGAR, state WARN notices, and DOL OFLC disclosure data. Public records and official APIs only. No personal data is collected or stored.
